Wild Earth Gardens

This is the most unhelpful company I have ever encountered. I just bought a house that used Wild Earth, and I need some additional work done by one of their subcontractors. The owner refused to give me the name of who they used and also said this contractor would not be interested - even if it involved additional work. She said her company dont give out names of their subs. Could she at least let the sub speak for themselves? Apparently not. Also, she could or would not suggest another company that could do the work. Im utterly confused at how rude, short, and unhelpful she was. I have not had any previous interaction with her, so her rudeness left me completely dumbfounded.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AND TIME DOWN THE TOILET!!!  If you are in the market for a garden design company, I would urge you to scroll past this one.  I hired this company because their website looked good.  I liked the people when I first met them and I appreciated their excellent intake form.  However, things devolved from there. I worked with them over the course of the summer and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.  Not a single plant in the ground, not even a planting plan!  I am out a huge amount of money, and I lost an entire planting season with virtually nothing to show for it, as one thing after another was botched over the course of a summer.  Not only did the designer repeatedly not hear what I had asked for (not to block my views, not to shade my veggie garden), but she also dissuaded me from what I did want (no reflective pool for me).  And when I tried to voice my concerns to the owner about the situation and about paying for services that were not useable in my garden, he refused to listen and demanded full payment without even acknowledging my issues.  I had hoped for at least some human response, but I was treated like shit.  If I could give zero stars I would.  UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

We recently completed an extensive landscaping project with Wild Earth Gardens and are ecstatic with the result! From Kristen’s quick turnaround and detailed designing, to Kirsten’s excellent plant advice to Bryan’s management of getting everything done, the whole process ran super smoothly and delivered us a great outcome. The whole team was structured in their approach but also patient and flexible with the numerous change requests that we added over the course of the project. We know that other landscapers would not have been so flexible or great to work with, and we are already planning a phase two for work in our backyard with them!
