I can speak highly of Cheryl (agency manager) and team there! I tried to get them to quote for home insurance and unfortunately, none of their carriers would write a policy given my proximity to trees (fire risk?). Thought it was a strange on the carrier's part, as I'm in a relatively suburban neighborhood. But the folks at Rick Baker were great to work with regardless, and were very communicative during the process.

Terrible experience. I sent the agent our existing home policy information and she chose to ignore it entirely, argued with me, then quoted us $12k/year for home only.

Rick, Cheryl, and Ethan always are super helpful and pleasant to deal with. If you need a new policy, have issues with a claim, or have questions about your policy, they've got your back and will really go the extra mile. I could not recommend them more!
