Dave and his assistant Jock installed a tankless combi boiler unit in our condo. Dave was great and responsive to all of our questions and the install went well. Jock did a great job. The unit is very quiet and is installed on the wall vs the floor. The unit saves us a lot of space in our condo utility room. Having a tankless water heater vs an 80 gallon water heater on a 4th floor condo is a great relief. The repair costs of a leak makes this seem like a no-brainer. Plus there are federal energy and X-Cel energy rebates as well. No regrets and only compliments to Dave and Jock.

When our water heater went out suddenly, Dave was there the next day to fix. We decided to consider replacement, and he gave us a recommendation with helpful information and no pressure.
