Sharon is so wonderful. After just one session with her, I felt so relaxed and grounded and I had multiple tools to implement into my everyday life. She did an amazing job of educating me and helping me understand my body and what it needs in order to be balanced and at peace.

I love this studio! I have been coming for four years now and I come all the way from Longmont. Classes are small and intimate, so there's much more personal attention and adjustments with alignment than a typical studio, I have really grown and learned so much in Sharon's classes. Sharon is an amazing teacher and so knowledgable. I'd really recommend the Yoga Nidra series, a single class is so great for my stress and emotional wellness, but I saw noticeable results after doing several in a row. I recently tried the CHIYOGIDRA class, which was a different, gentle and fun combination of yoga, Chi Gong and yoga nidra.
