I have very dry, brittle, and fragile hair. Most salons try to sell me a toner which over processes my hair and costs me more money. At Andrea's they truly care about my hair health which is something I have never experienced from other salons. Andrea's listens, and cares about my hair over making money. I trust everyone who works at Andrea's!! If you haven't tried Andrea's you should!! They are a small, local, and a woman owned business! Went in to fix an uneven at home hair cut, left with hair more uneven than when Id went in, went back again so it could be fixed and left yet again with uneven hair and hair much shorter. I definitely feel like this could have been avoided with some combing and sectioning, the use of mirrors while cutting, a wash before the cut the second time, and by cutting one side of the hair and then matching the layered pieces to the other before going in with scissors. I got a refund, which was nice, but I do think its better to be honest about not being able to perform a haircut, rather than attempt it anyway.. Great experience and love my heaircut. To start, Andrea was kind and welcoming, right off the bat, she let me know my cut would qualify for a hair donation to a wonderful charity for children with hair loss. It was a pleasure to contribute. My time with Andrea was wonderful not only did she listen with intent, she gave amazing consultation for my cut and I left with a huge smile! I am very picky about my color. I've found that blonde is one of those things that is really hard to get right and really easy to get so, so wrong. I have been coming to see Sarah at Andrea's for a couple of years now and will never go anywhere else! She is absolutely amazing and has taken my hair from black to blonde and everything in between. I am consistently blown away with how perfect she gets my blonde every time. I've also never gotten a better hair cut than with her. She takes the time to listen to what I am wanting and gives her professional opinion on what is best for my hair to keep it healthy. I've never walked away less than blown away. Andrea's is an hour drive each way from my house and I am more than happy to make the trip and will continue to do so for the amazing service I receive! Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Haircut

By far and away the most professional, comfortable, and skilled salon experience each time I go in. Ive been a client of Sarahs for as long as shes had a booth there and everything from the complimentary beverage to the easy conversation makes it an appointment to look forward too. On top of it all, as someone with difficult and plain hair, I always leave feeling more confident and absolutely happy with my new haircut. Id recommend this place to anyone in the area.
