Charles is great to work with. He is responsive, obviously very experienced, and efficient. He even went above and beyond in giving us advice on fixing the hardware on other windows. I will definitely use Boulder Glass for any future needs!

Owner was pleasant, amiable, amd explained things. We had two double pane, custom low E windows removed and installed for $765. I liked that the owner did the work himself. Approximate sizes: 30" by 27" and 30" by 24". Initial visit was the day I called; second visit was 15 days later, both of which worked well for us. I simply do not know if the price was high, low, or in-between. (It seems like a lot of money- but I have no comparison.) I do know that other places refused to work on fewer than 3 windows, or wanted to schedule initial visits much less promptly. It appears that Boulder Glass did quality work. (The work was done only 2 days ago.)

Brief update: I called them to get some hardware replaced on a glass shower door, but they don't do that work; in fact they said no glass company will do that work unless they installed the original door, because of liability issues (that is, if the door breaks while they are working on it). But after that they did take the time to explain to me how I could do the work myself, and where to get the parts, so they were extremely helpful even though they didn't get any business from me this time. Yay!
