Art Mart Gifts

I purchased multiple items from this store while visiting family in Colorado. I specifically asked about a box for the 2 of the items because they were delicate and we were having to fly them back with us. They didnt have a box for the image nightlight but she wrapped it well and apologized. But she said they had jewelry boxes for the earrings. Well when we got home and opened the bag with our multiple items the earrings were NOT in a box and had broken in transit. We called and spoke with the manager who was very kind and helpful. We sent them a picture of the broken earring as requested as well as receipt information. However he stated he could not mail us a replacement pair because the owner would not approve it. They would have to charge me for another set of $30 earrings and $16 in shipping. I found this customer service poor and will be sure to avoid that shop when I return.

Dropped in to buy some gifts for the office staff in our Pennsylvania location. I got what I needed and I think the gifts were locally made. Not a big shopper but this place made it easy.

This used to be a great place on Pearl Street. Now it's just another place to buy souvenirs. Disappointing.
