I'm not sure if this company is outsourcing or they just don't have competent people working for them but to to not follow up and get an apology from the person who entered my husband's birthday incorrectly making his start date a week and a 1/2 late because in correct information was entered and no one cared to to re examine all the information that was entered makes me question their business practice They should be paying my husband the amount he is out for not working on his working on his start date because they have inadequate people or people who don't No have to enter information correctly there needs to be some form of damage control from this company don't trust them
