Before taking Levels I & II with Suren and Ruby, I had very limited to almost no experience with singing bowls. I knew the vibration felt terrific, and I had an inkling there was something deeper to them. My world has shifted after taking the classes and spending time with Suren and Ruby. I could not think of better teachers, really ambassadors of the deep and rich Himalayan tradition to learn from. The Atma Buti Sound & Vibrational School is the preeminent program to not only learn the techniques and protocols of Himalayan/Tibetan sound therapy, but very importantly appreciate the sacred tradition and intention of this ancient practice. Sound + Intention = Healing and this program will ensure that both areas are equally practiced and understood. These are very hands-on classes where you can see and play with many different bowls and instruments as well as have practical application of protocols and techniques that are hands-on with other students. What a gorgeous experience. I completed trainings for Levels I, II and III in September of 2018. Suren and Ruby are extremely humble, knowledgable, and kind. I feel totally transformed by the experience. With a few more months of practice I will be ready to launch my own sound and music healing practice in Los Angeles using the Atma Buti method. Namaste!
