Can I give a zero? With that being said, assistant staff was great. Doctor = ZERO!!! He said he ran tests that he didnt run. He then said well how did you think you were going to get home? Call am Uber when I told him I live in Nederland. I didnt think of how I was going to get home while i was screaming in pain. And forgot my wallet while screaming in pain.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is beyond unprofessional and have the worst communication skills I have ever witnessed in a office setting. I definitely will not be back and won't refer anyone here!!!!

Receptionist is weirdly rude. I struggled to find parking so was 2 (two) minutes late for an appointment. She continued to chat with a colleague and seemed annoyed to finally acknowledge me. She noted your appointment was at 9:30 its 9:33. That means youre late. Then said shes not sure if anyone would want to still see me but that I could go back if I wanted to try. Im not someone whos chronically late + was nowhere near the 15 minute window, so those comments were super unnecessary. I like most of the practitioners (OBGYNs) Ive had, but theyve switched me around based on qualifications and gave drastically different recommendations on some potentially serious things. One would talk about how grave a condition was and the other would downplay any fears and talked me out of a procedure.

I switched to Avista Womens Care a few years ago and noticed a huge difference with the front desk customer service. I one time scheduled with Boulder and when I showed up they claimed I never made an appointment. Even if there was a misunderstanding, I was never owed an apology. I was also charged numerous times for late fees, which I paid on time. Just awful to deal with, and now am glad I made a change. I encourage others to do the same if you want to be treated with respect.
