Right from the start he carried me away with his optimistic manner.
His easy-going manner picked me up immediately where others have met resistance in the past.
I found his broad spectrum particularly positive, which he has built up in various areas through his long career.
Would give 5/5 if it weren't for that short.
I think the highest number of points should not be given lightly or out of sympathy, that's why I only give it 4/5, because I personally manage not to overestimate the first impression.

Ich habe bei Michael Wigge ein (kurzes) Coaching im Rahmen einer beruflichen Neuorientierung genossen.
Er hat mich von Anfang an mit seiner optimistischen Art mitgerissen.
Seine lockere Art hat mich sofort abgeholt, wo andere in der Vergangenheit auf Widerstand gestoßen sind.
Besonders Positiv fand ich sein breites Spektrum, dass er sich durch seine lange Karriere in diversen Bereichen aufgebaut hat.
Würde 5/5 geben, wenn es nicht so kurz gewesen wäre.
Finde Höchstpunktzahl sollte man nicht leichtfertig oder aus Sympathie vergeben, deswegen vergebe ich nur 4/5, weil ich es persönlich so handhabe, den ersten Eindruck nicht zu überbewerten.
Kann aber nichts Negatives über ihn oder seine Arbeit sagen, also eine klare Empfehlung von mir.

Michael hired me to video tape one of his motivational speaking gigs at the Broadmoor Gulf Club October 2019. Over the past 17 years of documenting events, I have taped a lot of motivational speakers. In one ear and out the other most of the time since I was being hired to document, not to really listen. When I documented Michael's presentation I ended up listening to every word of what he had said. After that, I started changing my by eating healthier, exercising and a few other things to make my life better. Michael is a true life changer. I love to follow his posts on FaceBook and I send him occasional progress reports on how I am doing and what I am up to and he always responds back. I am very happy that our paths crossed!
