Rodwin Architecture

Worked with Rodwin and team for a year. The design / drawing and interface with contractors was poorly managed. Which lead to a project that was triple the budget, with little room or desire to cure. After paying them over 100k, with a start date no where in sight, Scott Rodwin filed a lien over pennies.

As a landscape design/build contractor, I have worked with Rodwin Architecture and Skycastle Homes on a few projects now. Their projects are beautiful and extremely well thought-out. My experiences with the architect, builder and their clients are always pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure that their client's vision is achieved and they are professional and responsive if there are ever concerns about something. I would highly recommend working with them on a project or hiring them to build your dream-home.

My wife & I worked with Rodwin Architecture to rebuild our house after the flood in 2013. Scott & his team were great to work with from start to finish. They were very attentive to our needs & offered many creative ideas in the re-design of our house that we are very happy with (and wouldn't have thought of on our own). Very detailed oriented, friendly and always professional. I will definitely be working with them again for all my future architecture needs!
