Ive experienced debilitating migraines since a terrible head injury when I was just 14 years old. That accident was more than 20 years ago Strictly western medicine would have me take loads of drugs to control symptoms and would leave me incapable of enjoying my life, or worse. As the years have passed arthritis set into my neck. My body held more pain with each passing year. Ive been going to chiropractic since my initial accident but it was no longer enough. Then I tried acupuncture and a combined therapy with Stefanie. I went on a whim and because she took my insurance. What I found was truly shocking. The treatment she provides actual treats the causes of my pain and provides lasting relief. I go to treatments regularly to make sure I am respecting my body and maintaining the best I can. The true testament to the lasting results that can be gained through acupuncture were clear to me during the early days of the COVID pandemic. I missed nearly 5 months of treatment and was still managing. Not managing as comfortably, but not debilitated or in excruciating pain either. Stefanie is a very skilled, patient, and understanding acupuncturist and healing practitioner. I really appreciate her authenticity and care. After receiving many treatments overtime, I can still feel my nervous system benefiting and relaxing. I like that she listens to any and all issues that may be present for me, and uses specific methods to address each one. Highly recommended!
