Marco is an amazing practitioner full stop. Beyond that, his superpower is connecting his well-honed skills while holding space and activating deeply, reparative Qi for his patients. Simply put, Marco is a healer of the highest order. For me, his treatments are best when they support my overall wellness. They are essential, curative and rebalancing when Im feeling poorly.

Chris Clearday works at Mandala as a "Reiki Therapist and Pastoral Counselor". I do not recommend this therapist. I think she inflicts more harm than good, and engages in shady billing practices. Here is my experience:She offers a "1 hour free  session", but what that really means is that after you sign up for  sessions lasting anywhere from 3-6 hours, she will deduct the fee for  one hour. She charges $110 per hour, and it isn't clear when you  schedule an appointment how long she will keep you there. Most of the  session time is spent asking you pages and pages of questions that you  have to answer using a 10-point scale. Then she sends you out of the  room for 20-30 minutes to "work up a treatment plan", during which you  are being charged for time spent. The Reiki treatment is very relaxing,  but she insists on trying to do psychotherapy during the treatment,  which is distracting and at time downright annoying. Her psychotherapy  essentially consists of trying to get you to see that "you are the  creator of your experiences" and that if you've experienced trauma, you  somehow "drew it to you because you felt that is what you deserved." In  other words, blame the patient for the trauma  and hand it back to her  with a large serving of shame.

My daughter and I both see Chris Clearday at the Mandala Integrative Medicine Clinic. Chris certainly has healing hands. I experienced a series of unfortunate events for few months and so, when I decided to see her, I was in my lowest state of mind. After 3 sessions I was back to normal and my anxiety was gone. I don’t need to continue seeing her, but I do because it continues to make me feel relaxed.

Marco has been a tremendous asset to me on my health journey. I went to him because my limbs were falling asleep and I wasn't able to sleep. Within two acupuncture sessions my limbs stopped falling asleep!!!! AND within 3 sessions he helped normalize my sleep patterns. So now, I'm sleeping through the night and my limbs don't fall asleep. HUGE WIN! I especially appreciate his recommendation of the high performance tea. I notice that I'm more "on my game" and more engaged in each activity. It's a subtle but powerful change in my daily life. THANK YOU, MARCO!

Through my work with Chris, I have been undergoing a kind of personal revolution, to say the least. Buzz words like "serenity" and "inner peace" don't do justice the changes I have felt after several sessions. Chris has a unique way of uncovering origination stories and events that underly who I am and how I relate to other people. By the end of the first session, Chris helped me identify childhood wounds that were at the root of guilt, shame, and embarrassment I had carried with me for my entire adult life. I have sought out guidance from traditional counselors and various spiritual practices in the past, but nothing was able to curb the self-hatred and embarrassment I always felt. Chris’ combination of counseling and reiki has been the ultimate antidote. Since my first session, I haven't felt a hint of guilt, shame, or embarrassment. The work Chris does is unparalleled. She is kind, compassionate, funny, patient, and insightful. My relationships with others, especially with myself, have improved ten-fold. I am grateful for Chris' work and recommend her approach to anyone willing to transform their lives.
