So disappointed by this company, where to begin. Most importantly, any founder thinking of working with them STRONG WARNING: their "terms and conditions" are confusing and borderline deceptive. Their termination clause is built to automatically increase without giving notice to you and they are unwilling to be supportive of the needs of small startup businesses if it no longer makes sense to continue working together.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The Simple startup team and process is seamless and has taken so much off our plate so we can focus on other aspects of our business. Never worried that anything is being missed or is out of place. Thankful to have found Bert, Dominique, and the whole team!!

We started working with Simple Startup in June of this year, just after the birth of our son. We were a scattered mess as entrepreneurs who had a new baby. And from that place, Simple Startup took on the effort of fully understanding our extremely unique company and our specific needs and accounting specifications, and from there, a beautiful partnership has grown.
We've had help on specific projects, we've provided honest feedback and have seen the team listen and work with us to improve and understand what we need. We're now seeing that our accounting processes aren't exhausting or overwhelming and we're finally feeling relief in an area where we used to feel nothing but total dread.
Ariel and Bryan are the best, though I'm sure the entire team is lovely, I can personally attest to the ways that Ariel and Bryan listen, learn, and care about us and our company and it's astonishing.

Simple Start Up has made our business better. Bert and Rebecca are always a phone call away and help with any accounting issues that arise. Our business has become more efficient and I feel more connected to the financials than ever. We are a medium-sized business and they offer every service we need and always provide over the top customer service. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place! Low quality service and lower quality advice outsourced to India. We had nothing but problems with them.
