Absolutely terrible bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My teens opened checking and savings accounts and both had fraudulent charges. Both times they were denied even with immediate notification and overwhelming proof. I have never had an issue remotely close to this with other banks! In addition their checking and savings products offered are subpar at best while their customer service speaks for itself. We went here originally since it's a small town and my kids could just walk to the bank to deposit money, so much for that. In my honest opinion 1 star is far too generous for these crooks! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Don't bother walking into this bank unless you have an account. The manager is far too busy to help commoners off the streets.
