I love the staff here. They are always happy and ready to help. They are super busy today and I still got a person on the phone within 10 minutes. Yesterday they were so busy I was getting a busy signal after about noon and it sounds like they are going to be that busy again today. Just keep trying. Good luck to the wonderful staff here, and thank you for taking care of my family!! You all rock!! *This is about the half way point between my parents place and mine. So my mom can drive here and not have to deal with city traffic or I can pick up the prescriptions when I come out to see them. I definitely prefer this pharmacy even to the ones close to my house.

Takes them about 15 minutes on average to help each customer. Line is usually 10 people long because they are so slow. Not the workers fault, they’re just seventy understaffed.

Can you guys please hire some help? I swear I waste so much time waiting anytime I refill. In a line all the way down the beer aisle today and the same person at the counter hasn't moved in 30 minutes.

They never have the prescription ready on time. I have waited 2 weeks for a prescription, my parents have had the same issue with the staff saying they will have it ready by a certain time only to be turned away saying they don't have the shipment in yet. The lines are longer than a 30 min wait now and drive through is mostly always closed. A lot of the staff are rude and don't like to take responsibility for the company they work for. Very condescending and argumentative. I suggest going elsewhere to get your prescriptions.
