We had a terrible experience with Evercraft. All the work they did in our kitchen project was done improperly. They used exterior deck stain and ruined the hardwoods in our kitchen. They drywalled over an outlet. They got paint all over our new cabinets. The wallpaper install is ripped on the edges and glue everywhere. We gave them multiple chances to correct the work and they tried but it was still shoddy at best. Other trades told us they would never work with them again. We have asked them to refund us the money for the improperly done work and they ghosted us. We're now paying $6000 to get the work redone. Stay away unless you want to get the work redone immediately. It's unfortunate I have to now warn others about this unethical company. I hired Evercraft Remodeling in 2019 to apply and finish sheetrock on a ceiling. Soon after installation the same seam cracked on two different occasions. I contacted Jose, the owner, and he was swift each time to make repairs, as it was under warranty. However, in August of 2021 I again contacted Jose because I discovered the same seam, and now another seam had again failed. It was apparent that the install crew failed to use seam tape. Jose came to my home, made an assessment, and agreed to repair both seams. He said he would try to fit me in as soon as possible but was booked until November. The third week of November I called him as I had not heard from him. He told me he would try to have a crew out before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years all came and went without hearing from Jose. The third week of January, on a Monday, I again called Jose. Without hesitation, he stated that he and his crew would come on that Saturday. Saturday came and went.....no one showed up or called. Very disappointed that Jose, and Evercraft Remodeling, has now established themselves as unethical and performing sub-par services.

Jose and his team worked in our home for 3 days. Each day they were on time, careful, considerate and did great work. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We highly recommend them. Services: Drywall installation, Tile work installation, Tile work replacement
