My facial experience was a C/D. The esthetician was very stern. Didnt tell me what products were being used. When I asked, she said they were behind me. No massage of hands and feet which is normal with all facials. Very sub-par shoulder rub. Leaking air vent above the indoor pool and hot tub. Was told that happens because of the snow. Ok, so fix the draining on the roof?! Bottom line, I felt like they were doing me a favor by seeing/speaking to me. So disappointing but wont be back!

I had a location mixup for a scheduled service at Spa Anjali. I didnt realize there are two Spa Anjalis both adjacent to Beaver Creek, both with identical logos, and online booking does not indicate you are scheduling at 1 of 2 locations (each spa has its own website). On the day of my appointment, I showed up to the wrong location (Westin Riverfront) and didnt have the means to get to the right location (The Charter) in time for the service. When I asked to cancel the appointment, the staff at Westons Riverfront were empathetic and said it would be no problem. However, the follow up call I received from The Charter at Beaver Creek was one of the rudest customer service calls Ive ever encountered. Hi. This is Kerri/Carrie. [loud sigh] Im calling to see what the problem was with your appointment today. The tone was accusatory, condescending, and immediately put me on the defensive. It reminded me of an exhausted airline representative, not luxury resort hospitality. When I explained that there was confusion on location, she loudly sighed in exasperation and said Well, I guess thats it then. Then prepared to hang up. I was so shocked by her unprofessional, sarcastic tone that I asked again Im sorry, who am I speaking with? Again an exasperated sigh. A repetition of her name. A reluctant cancellation. An abrupt end to the conversation. I will never again mix up the Spa Anjali locations because I never want to visit the Charter location where sighs, eye rolls, and undisguised disgust are the embodiment of their customer service. (After 6+ bookings with the Westin Riverfront location, Ive only had fantastic customer service experiences. BOOK THERE, not here)

Stefanie did an excellent job on me while my wife was equally please with ?Sara? With both enjoyed the of the dry and steam saunas as well as the outdoor hot tubs. A great way to relax and recover from some serious hiking!
