First, they down played our dogs illness a couple years ago when he first started developing crystals in his bladder by saying he just needed to drink more water and incorporate wet food or a raw food diet (he needed to completely switch food to science diet U/D prescription food - that was the only option that should have been given to us), which later resulted in an emergency surgery where we almost lost him when we moved back home to WA this last summer. We came back down to Avon for the winter, and needed to get his food ordered because he is on a strict prescription diet and can not eat anything else now, they told us it would be there on Monday and that they would call us. They never called so we went in there on Wednesday and they told us they lost the food, that they had it and lost it, when they should've just called us when they received it, like they said they would, so we had a chance to pick it up before they irresponsibly lost it.
