Simply wow! Just returned home from our Colorado ski trip and we will definitely consider booking with Triumph Mountain Properties again. Terri & Mathieu from were both very helpful and communicative before, during and after our trip. Our condo, Clover Chalet at Arrowhead Village Beaver Creek was outstanding. Want your Christmas ruined book with Triumph Upon arrival, we noticed some dog hair on our socks. We hoped it was a fluke soon later. We realize the house was covered in it. We immediately called Triumph and asked to be moved to a different location. They said they could not do that, but they would clean the place. After a full day of travel, we had to leave so they could clean the place. Unfortunately, the place was still covered in dog hair when we returned. It took four days for Triumph to get back to us, and let us out of our contract. We left as soon as we could. If you find something wrong with your accommodations, run!! Since we stay there, and gave Triumph the benefit of the doubt that they would fix it, we got stuck paying the bill in full for the days we stay. Triumph, acknowledge that the place was not up to their standards. Any good business, would compensate their customers appropriately.

Our family had the best time in Vail. Our stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. Before we even arrived, we received excellent communication from the property management team. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. When our arrival was approaching, Mathieu, the guest services coordinator, asked when to expect us. He was there when we arrived to give us a tour of the beautiful home and explained how to operate everything. He even offered assistance with our luggage. The home is in immaculate condition. Everything is clean and organized. The beds are extremely comfortable. There are plenty of linens, towels and even Aveda toiletries! The house is quiet and private. There is a hot tub on the deck that our family really enjoyed after long days on the slopes. Mathieu was available by text with a very quick response when we did have one question about the hot tub. The house is on the golf course which has a family friendly restaurant. The course has a second use as a Nordic Ski Complex during the winter. The bus to town picks up right at the bottom of the street and drops off at the top of the street. We never had to walk uphill with our children and loads of ski equipment! The gorgeous chef's kitchen is well equipped. There are two areas where the family can relax for a movie night. Our daughters LOVED the bunkroom and honestly, those mattresses are the comfiest I have ever slept on. Our family is already thinking about a return trip to Vail and it will be hard to stay anywhere else! If you are thinking about booking this property, do not hesitate one more second. I am confident you will not be disappointed.

You may rent out muti-million dollar properties but you don't know how to spell the word caliber? It is mis-spelled at the beginning of your sales pitch. Spellcheck works I would use it.
