You are only doing your job but the Board goes go overboard in some of their rules. I was in Belgrade, Searia when walking around a lake an there was some nube bathers with kids jumping over them and my friend asked, is this allowed. Sher answer was yes, this is a free country. I can't say enough good things about Alexandra and the community association management company she works for. Our neighborhood has seen tremendous improvements since she took over. Her dedication to communication, organization, and problem-solving has made living here a pleasure. Alexandra and her team truly care about our community, and it shows in their work. I would like to provide a shoutout to Robert and Jeff of MVPM who came to my unit #24 in Mountain Meadow on Monday, Jan. 22 to check out my baseboard heating units. Not only did they check them out (which are just too underpowered to heat my main living area), they give me great advice on what to replace them with as well as other things I could do to improve the heating of my condo, including getting window covers on 3 uncovered windows, getting the fan repaired on my gas fireplace unit, and reversing the ceiling fan - which they did even though it is 15 feet above the floor. They also partially repaired my kitchen sink faucet, and gave me advice on getting a new one. They also fixed two wall sockets that weren't working. Their willingness to discuss all these items with me was greatly appreciated!
