The location isn't exceptional, but the convenience of a free public bus across the street to the chairlift, about a 15-minute ride, is a plus. Had reservations and they wouldn't let me check in early or do a late check out, arrived and asked about the hot tubs which were broken so when I asked if I would be compensated for the lack of amenities they told me No. Canceled our reservations that moment because the females at the front desk were more then rude, kept speaking to eachother on Spanish as if I couldn't understand and treated us as if we were not welcome. Will never go back we ended up going to the Hyatt where the service was spectacular and the hot tubs worked great!

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and travel about 60 days a year. I have not stayed in a Sheraton hotel in many years but had high expectations for the $500.00 nightly rate we paid. The hotel in general is in good shape as was the room. The location was decent In terms of local bus service to BC and the underground parking was nice. When we arrived on a Friday there was a very noticeable smell in the kitchen. Once we identified the issue which was the disposal I placed a small plate over the sink opening and notified the front desk of the issue. On Saturday morning I again called the front desk to tell them of the issue. By Sunday when we checked out no one from housekeeping or engineering addressed the issue. Not a huge issue but we could not use the sink due to the smell. The main reason we wanted this hotel was for using the kitchen for meals. I would expect better service than this.

This is one of the most bizarre places I have ever stayed at. There is no restaurant in the building, and only a tiny little poorly stocked marketplace in the lobby. The small one bedroom villa comes equipped with a full size fridge and freezer, a dining table with 4 chairs, full place settings, a microwave, a dishwasher, a barbecueAND NO STOVE OR OVEN. Literally mind boggling!! You cant cook ANYTHING but theres a massive fridge to storeyogurt?? Milk?? Highly recommend you skip this place for the price point and stay in a hotel where theres at least a restaurant in the joint!! The room is nice enough and the amenities are good (3 hot tubs but one is broken, an outdoor heated pool, and an underground garage). Im glad I got this using points or I would be really angry!! Other Food & drinks: No food or drink in the building. BEWARE that if you book a certain room type you will have NO STOVE and NO OVEN!
