    Sorry this a long one but a good one I promise. My car was hit in the Home Depot parking lot back in august. It wasnt any major damage but I had to get my rear bumper replaced, after dealing with insurance for a month I was finally able to get in touch with Gerber Collision and Glass, I brought my vehicle over to their shop where one of their employees was super polite and very helpful. We went out to view the damage, do an estimate, the whole works. Once it was done employee said oh this will be an easy fix shouldnt takes us more than a few days , five days max, we just got to order a bumper paint it and ready to goasked if he wanted me to leave my vehicle so that it would be there ready to go when they get the parts ordered. Employees said I couldnt because their lot was full and we will call you when your parts are here and you can drop off your vehicle, and he will personally order the parts todayUnderstandable. 2 months go by no phone call no email no response, so i decided to reach out. I spoke with the same employee who I first met with and turns out employee never ordered my parts and completely forgot about the vehicle. Once that was figured out, parts ordered and received a week later that same employee called me to inform me my parts are received an ready to set a drop off date in December. I dropped my vehicle off and was told by the same employee who I first met with your vehicle should take no more than 5 days well I received a phone call yesterday January 17 over a month later, that I have an appointment to drop off my vehicle at there shop on the 26th of January. When my vehicle has been sitting in their lot for over a month now and yet again they completely forgot it was even there, and that I had dropped it off a month prior when that same employee had asked me to take it in back in December. Front desk girl was even confused when I told her that my vehicle has been at their shop for over month now. she said her manager was in a meeting but she will get it figured out and return my call within the hour and yet again no phone call all day from the front desk, any employee, or even manager to explain to me what is happening not even to apologize for the mistake, or all the mishaps that I have encountered. so today the 18th of January I finally called back around 8:30 trying to get an answer as to what is going on. They told me its been worked out and they are working on it. today the 18th of January right around 10 AM after I had just spoken with them in the morning I get a phone call with an apology which I appreciate telling me that they are sorry but my bumper was returned to the dealer and they cannot promise me it will be back this week, but as soon as it gets here they will paint it, get it put back on and done the same day which he said will be Friday of next week Im assuming because today is Thursday. I understand it is a busy season and things happen but for this to happen is a little crazy lol.

    Terrible experience, when I took my car in and the insurance totaled it, I was told I had to pick it up asap or there would be a 295 storage fee. When I had my car picked up there were parts that got removed that had nothing to do with my accident, they also told me if I wanted them to put my car back together I would have to pay them 1400. My brother went and picked up my car and when he got there a couple of the told him that they were going to buy the car, he told them the car wasnt for sale, as he was leaving another employee told him it those other two guys did not buy the car then he was, again my brother told him the car was never for sale. JUST BECAUSE MY CAR WAS TOTALED THEY ASSUMED I WAS JUST GOING TO LEAVE IT THERE. SOUNDS LIKE THEY ALREADY HAD OTHER PLANS FOR MY CAR!!! My car is a one owner only and well taken care of, I will be filing charges if I dont get a response. Yes my insurance as tried to reach out to them but never gets a response. So I will doing what I have to do to make this right. I also have proof of all of what went on during all this .
