Water Pros

We used Water Pros based off of a recommendation from a friend. They were great and worth the price. A very reasonable price, I might add. Pete, our technician, was extremity helpful and has remained helpful since our service. I highly recommend this company for Reverse Osmosis as well as water softening.

My initial impressions were extremely high with Water Pros. The plumber was respectful, and polite and did a decent job. However, I originally was concerned about receiving used equipment and paying new prices, but after communicating this with Paul, he assured me it was likely scuffed up during transport. After he investigated the installation, he offered to have a senior plumber come to replace the kit and correct any work that may be needed. We scheduled a time for this to happen and I'm looking forward to the changes.
