the food I ordered was super spicy, I ordered it that way by mistake, I asked to change it and they didn't want to do it.

So delicious, crazy busy. poor waitress was by herself in a full restaurant but still amazing!

We came here for lunch on a Saturday its busy I understand and they are short staffed I get that the wait may be long. When we were seated we were not given menus and 10 minutes pass and the waitress gives us water and I tried to ask for menus and she ignored me. Then my sister flagged down another waitress and she was surprised that we didnt have menus and thought we have been served. 29 more minutes pass and she got our orders but didnt write anything down and we havent even received our drink orders. So we start to leave and tell the other waitress that we are leaving and this has been terrible service. Other customers came after us and received their food and we hadnt even got our drinks! It was just a really bad experience and they were not even sorry just said I think the bell just rung that may be your order. It wasnt, so we said no thank you and went to Olive Garden and received instant service. Go here in a less busy day and they do okay but the overall experience makes this not a place I will go to again for Pho. Plenty of Pho restaurants to choose from that offer better service then this one.
