We are a mobile tire company that works on semi tires, not car tires. Did you call us and we did not answer your phone call? I do not have any missed calls from anyone in the last few hours. We are not a drive up and service type of company and are not advertised as such at that location so this is kind of an odd review for us. That is a dispatch central location for a mobile tire company that works on semi trucks.

I apologize that you feel the way you feel. This is a mobile tire company in that part of the state and nobody has ever made an argument or advertisement that we are in a large shop up there. If you look at the photos on our page, you will see mobile trucks on road calls. The guys up there meet up with customers close to their dispatch office to assist folks with their needs without mobilization fees, but again, nobody has ever advertised that we are a large stationary shop in the Denver market.As for your claims about my guys being liars up there about their products, I know with 100% certainty that you were told over and over again that we would attempt to find two identical used tires but there was no guarantee that it would happen. You were offered alternatives but were never told or guaranteed that there were matching used tires onsite at that location. Again, we understand that you're frustrated at the situation but please change your wording in how you describe my helpers at that division.
