I never got anything accept a felony and a black eye out of this shelter, now they are telling me I am not welcome there anymore after 7 years of trying to get some help with housing.. They denied me any type of treatment or programs to help with my alcohol addiction. it's like a prison in there Matter of fact u mine as well call this the trap house because you could just get high and go to sleep.

The mattresses are prison quality The food they fed us was limited. Also there was no heat the blower motor was busted. There was a cold blast that came in and it was in negative temperatures and there was no heat.

Not even worth one star the staff is rude thinking they are better than you no help from any of them and the lady named Roz is more rude then most the place is nasty they give no help to families just keep bulling them Roz believes if ur homeless and in that shelter u have no rights smh worst place ever that place should be shut down
