        There are a lot of hard working people who work hard to help those who are suffering abuse. Their work benefits the community. I encourage anyone who is living in an abusive situation to reach out to safeguard before its too late. I say this because I was raised in an abusive home and perpetuated the cycle of abuse. I have many regrets I wish everyday I could undo. Please stop the cycle of abuse now. Please reach out to these folks.
