I was given a top notch experience including a custom fit experience that was second to none. Im a loyal customer that thrives off of that. I need good boots for work as thats my lifeline as well as the superior customer service at this store.

If you are in the market for reliable and comfortable work boots, look NO further. I visited this store earlier today and was immediately greeted by Heather upon entering. I let her know I was looking for my first pair of work boots and we were off. After my arch/foot measurement exam, she explained the results in detail, and showed me several boots that would best 1) fit my foot and 2) fit my usage needs. Heather answered every question I had with patience (and a smile!), and for this, I am grateful. My first impression of Red Wings left me feeling confident with my purchase and comfortable going back to visit if I come across any issues or needs for repair.
