Just had the worst experience. I completely understand that many businesses are short staffed. However, the level of customer services was less than any company should be proud of. I ordered a salad and asked for the bacon to be heated up. He said wish you would have told me. I didnt get the chance to because he is rushing through to get things done. However, people were not getting what they paid for. I told him that I wasnt going to argue with him and he said you dont have to and took my food and refused to give it to me. The man before me asked for more mayo 3 times and he said he heard him, he was just going to give him packets.. umm what?

Waited 20 minutes, and then employee with rings in his nose tells me how he makes sandwiches not the way I want, very rude and then when almost done, throws are food away and tells us to get out.

Picked up a sandwich from the app order with NO MEAT INSIDE. Ive been tipping this shop but NOT ANYMORE

This location is all over the place. I get great service one time and horrible the next. Whoever took over is definitely doing better than the last, and the staff has greatly improved... However, they run out of things frequently, including bread and meats. There is a language barrier with some of the employees and they are doing their best but I have walked out with mistakes repeatedly because they will grab the wrong thing and even if I repeat it, the sandwich doesn't get fixed or they will just scrape something off, which doesn't really fix the food when it's a sauce. I also don't know why at this location if I order an item DIRECTLY from the menu I'm asked over and over what to put on the sandwich. I want what subway puts on the sandwich. I grab orders for my family often and don't know what comes on each sandwich, so why I'm asked every time doesn't make sense. It's your menu, you should be able to tell me what comes on it and if I have modifications I can make them.
