Chet and his team are incredible. They did exactly what they say they were going to do, and they were our advocates every step of the way. We have been through 3 major hail storms in two different homes... and we've never had our insurance rule in our favor. Chet helped us carefully navigate another major hail storm, and went above and beyond to get it to the finish line. My wife and I were convinced that we were out of luck once again, but thanks to Chet we have a beautiful new roof.
I normally don't write reviews, but we owe it to Mile High to spread the word. We are beyond thankful for the work it took to deal with a grumpy adjuster. And throughout the process it was evident that Chet is an honest and kind person. If you're looking for quality work, and someone who will shoot you straight... Chet is your guy. We desperately needed some new gutters on our house. Chet was quick to respond and almost immediately had our estimate. He is super friendly and extremely professional.
