I moved out from a unit on 12/31/23 on 1400 Kingston St in Aurora and they are charging me for a missing carbon monoxide detector and I have a time stamped picture showing the item was there when I left the unit. On top of that they want to charge me for replacing smoke detectors that are in working order. I have sent them pictures that the items was there and they still don't want to refund me my money. Oh yeah they are also charging an installation fee for those 3 items.

They removed it as well as the one in the Livingroom/Kitchen. On top of that they want to charge me for replacing smoke detectors that are in working order. I have sent them pictures that the items was there and they still don't want to refund me my money. Oh yeah they are also charging an installation fee for those 3 items. Also if you have a parking pass and park where the Maintenace man likes to park (he and his family live on site) make sure you have your pass posted or He will have your car/truck towed out. They also place families of 3 - 6 members in a one bedroom unit.

My wife and I are currently going thru the process of renting from them, it has been smooth and easy. Teri is a sweetheart and you can't help but smile when she is talking to you. We feel lucky going with them.
