I gave such a low rating because when I got my pizza and brought it home, I was about to take my pizza out of the wrapping when I noticed that the workers decided it was a good idea to put the paper they usually put on the pizza, they directly put on my pizza, so the sauce soaked in the paper and was sticking to the pizza doe, it was really gross, I don't plan to ever going to that Papa Murphys again. I love Papa Murphys, but this location really sucks.

Jaziynn and Demtrius Were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this location to everyone. The food was fresh and the personalities were warm and friendly.

I ordered a Chicago pizza with extra pepperoni. On the pizza that I received there was no extra pepperoni and the pizza did not even come close to what I ordered--huge amount of onions and green peppers--hardly any sausage. Didn't find pepperoni on the pizza at all. I gave a generous tip as well--what the heck? No manager or quality control? I paid for something that I would not even save or reheat. Bye Bye Papa Murphy.

I ordered a family size specialty pizza. The girl on the phone said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later and no one had made my pizza. Then they made one and rushed it. Worst pizza I have ever gotten from papa murphys. Very poor service.
