UCHealth Pharmacy - University of Colorado Hospital Atrium

I was waiting for a prescription to be filled for over 2 weeks after I requested a refill - then for no reason the pharmacy cancelled the order, and I had to start the request over again! I lost my place in line! Now several others have gotten theirs filled but I have been without this medicine for over 3 weeks now! And the pharmacy would NOT put me back in the front of the waiting queue. I pay $2000 CASH every 28 days for this medicine for myself and my wife! And I have been doing so for the last 9 months! And we both get treated like crap! Your pharmacy is terrible! And you do not care about patient health. I still to this day dont have my medicine. I intend to file a complaint with the better business bureau and Im looking into a place to complain to a medical board about your ineffective care if I dont get my medicine!

I cant thank their pharmacy team enough. I tried sending my Rxs to King Soopers and was very sick and waited over a day and they still werent ready. I transferred them to UC health and they were nothing but kind and helpful and I got my medications within a couple hours. Hands down top notch service!!

UCHEALTH is a very big hospital and there are a lot of customers there, so be prepared for a lot of walking and waiting. I was able to find a place to park with relative ease and I had a lot of help finding my destination. Everything went well for me and I had a pleasant visit! Five Stars and Two thumbs up!

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. It's worse than the DMV. I have been here twice and waited over an hour both times just to drop off or talk to someone. Also, the online mail prescriptions are horrible too. It took well over a week for them to send a prescription. What a disaster.
