        They up charge my parents a hundred dollars, and there was no issue with the dog matting or anything, and they charge an extra hundred dollars plus tip. It was a hundred dollars over what I was quoted for. Call and left a messag, wanting to know why it was a 100 extra dollars. Never gotta respond back.
