I could give it 0 stars, I would give it to them, I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment which they give you tolerance...while there they tell me that they can't help me...it's RIDICULOUS BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT UP TO 45 MINUTES OR MORE INSIDE THE ROOM WAITING FOR THE DOCTOR TO COME IN... what a disappointment as if they were not paid for the service...

I have been going to this clinic since having my first child 5 years ago. I have brought all 4 of my kids here since and have had some issues but never complained or made a big deal about them. Currently I have sick kids, one is 11months and has a high fever and this is day two. I attempted to call three times today around 1:40pm and each time it said they were closed and sent me to the emergency line in Thornton. I even double checked to see when they are open and their time for lunch is from 12-1pm. Also I tried calling after hours because childrens hospitals nurse line was too busy and there was no option to talk to anyone on call or after hours. I have issues with how long it has taken to get an appointment. I have sat on hold for many long periods of time probably since the beginning of Covid so three years of waiting. Recently I have needed to reschedule my daughters 9 month appointment and due to their schedule they couldnt get me in until January when she will be 12 months anyways. I also have a hard time getting an appointment with the normal person they see, who I didnt know was only a physicians assistant until maybe 2 years ago when looking at a sign in their office. So Ive never seen an actual pediatrician for any of my kids. They have also had me come in every three months to do weight checks for one of my kids and suggested drinking breakfast essentials or pediasure before bed. Did this and no change happened except she gained a few ounces. I dont see why they kept having me come in when all the tests came back showing no indication as to why she wasnt gaining weight. Pointless. Otherwise healthy child.
