Jose and his entire team were polite and professional. They arrived on time, were neat and cleaned up daily. They went above and beyond in their work, patching, sealing and repairing rotted boards, and damaged stucco. They did excellent work, and we were very pleased with the results. JKP has now painted four houses on our block. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them. They are very reasonably priced. Jose gave us a very competitive quote for our home prep and painting job. Jose stuck to his quite reasonable quote, even as the job evolved. It was clear that Jose closely supervised and thoroughly trained his crew to maintain his work standards. He regularly communicated with me during the painting process, and he completed our job ahead of schedule. Jose did a wonderful job painting the outside of our house. Excellent job of prepping the house before painting. Wanted to make a change in the trim work in the middle of the job and it was not a problem. I would highly recommend his work!
