Saw Dr Kingdom today as a second opinion and I was so impressed. He explained clearly why I did not need the deviated spectrum surgery to treat my nosebleeds and suggested much less invasive treatments. He answered all questions and he is absolutely my new ENT Dr. The equipment in his office showed images so much more clearly of inside my nose so I could fully understand and see why he decided on my treatment plan. Terrible ENT doctor, would search all other avenues before resorting to this clown. Doesn’t help patients at all and will waste your time and copay money. Didn’t offer any relief when I was dealing with some extreme nasal problems. Kicked me out and told me best of luck. Resident Taylor Lackey is also a crook doctor and will mock you for being there and laugh at your conditions. Stay away from these people at all costs

I, too, was a bit concerned by previous comments, but I must say that I had a superb experience with Dr. Kingdom and his team. I had sinus surgery in February. Dr. Kingdom and his staff were terrific throughout the entire process -- diagnostic, pre-surgery, surgical and post-surgery check-ups and care. Highly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, friendly, caring and concerned about my health and comfort, Dr. Kingdom took time to explain to me in detail my problem and answer all of my questions at each step of the way. His PA, Robie Gray, answered promptly and thoroughly my series of asked in phone messages and online in the days leading up to the surgery. This was a superb medical experience from start to finish. I had the surgery at the UCHealth Cherry Creek surgical center and they, too, were simply outstanding. Every single nurse and member of the surgical team was really wonderful. I am happy to highly recommend Dr. Kingdom and the Cherry Creek UCHealth surgical care team.

He was incredibly dismissive and condescending. I left my appointment crying after 4 years with no answers. I had a list of symptoms typed up, he dismissed me in a matter of minutes, and kept removing his gloves like he was determined to conclude the appointment. When I started explaining my symptoms, including a surgery I had as an infant in the area he was examining, he seemed annoyed and asked me what I was there to see him for. He had not even consulted my x-rays, then he had the nerve to tell me it was my responsibility to make sure my that my doctor gets them to him. Ive never had that issue in my years of seeing specialists at various health facilities, including UC Health. I waited months for that appointment and not even 2 weeks after meeting with Todd Kingdom, I have lost my sense of smell completely. It has now been nearly 2 months that Ive been suffering from anosmia and I have not had COVID for a few years. While I am only a student in medicine, I was hoping he would have listened to my concerns and acted more professionally, but approached me condescendingly upon introduction. When I asked to speak to the office manager, he told me no one is in charge of him before smiling smugly and bringing up a firing by another male ENT doctor with ironically similar mannerisms. The office manager said that she frequently has issues and complaints with this doctor. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. I am still waiting to hear back from the patient advocates before I consult a lawyer.

I sent my records to the office approx. 3-4 days ahead of my appt. Upon arrival, his assistant talk to me first, asking me questions, the date of my previous sinus surgery. I asked her if she received my records? She looked in the computer and said yes they are here but never read them. She informed me she would rather talk to the patient but if I wanted her to read the records that she would and walked out. She returned with Doctor Kingdom and he asked me what my symptoms were. I told him everything, dripping of the nostrils, sinus headaches etc.. He responded nothing was related to my sinus infection. He contradicted everything I said. He said I do have and infection but not the bad one !! He and his assist. very impersonal , non caring. Very uneasy with him and his assistant , would not recommend to anyone.
