Dr. Nguyen is going to be one of the most honest and precise orthodontists you'll meet in your lifetime. He never says "it looks good enough." He will work until your teeth look flawless and exceeds your expectations. This is not a greedy man. His office has a fixed rate for payment and even if you've completely paid off your braces, he will keep working on your teeth with continuous effort and dedication. My teeth were a special case and I honestly lost hope that they'd ever be straight like the actors and models I always see. Yet after years of care, here I am with a beautiful smile and my confidence with my teeth has been the highest it's ever been in my life. Dr. Nguyen is extremely friendly and a genuinely amazing person, and he will always take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. He cares about every single one of his patients and he's not all about grabbing money. His dream is to give each patient straight, beautiful teeth, and he does exactly that.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff Are absolutely amazing I am here during the pandemic for the 2nd time with a second child of mine and it is very important to me how people treat and make my kids feel especially when working on their teeth, they communicate pretty well with me Which is very important because communication is the 1st impression that people make especially at a doctor's office. My son was a lot older when he got his braces done (self advocating)and I do have a younger daughter going now fall 2020 And the precautions and communication with all of the staff and the Dr. makes me very comfortable during this process.
Listen any orthodontist work is expensive and intimidating and #1 really important to your health so if you are like me where your friends and family are important to you and how others make them feel with great communication i suggest coming to see Dr. Nguyen and his staff with an open mind and trust that he really is passionate about what he does and it truly reflects on to you as a person and that is hard to find these days.
My Daughter and I are super excited to see the end result especially with the impressive outcome of my older sons teeth, and this is a place I will come to miss once this is over for my kiddo!

First I have to say Dr. Nguyen is fine. He is friendly and willing to explain everything on your teeth. The real problem this place got my 1 star is the customer service.
I got in for an orthodontic consultation. There was only 1 receptionist who is so busy on the phone so she just simply IGNORED my presence. After 10 minutes waiting I was greeted and she gave me some paperwork to fill in. I wouldn't complain if she doesn't give me the WRONG paper. So I ask to be given the right one and she finally did. But after a while she LOST them and asked me to fill out the new paper again!
I also have to wait for half an hour for the doctor to come see me and then in the middle of the talk he walked away to take jaw models and everything to explain the process but he STOPPED BY OTHER PATIENTS AND STAFF AND TALK TO THEM. So it took nearly 45 minutes for the consultation but we talked for only 5 or 10 minutes. The rest half an hour he spent walking around.
what a waste of time! I've been to other dental offices for orthodontic consulting but it took me just about 1 minute for the wait, 10 minutes for the consultation and I am good to go with my cost estimate and awesome customer service.
And the price is just about the same to other dentists I been to. So no more of this office in the future.
