Ill start out by saying Dr Crane is a true professional and lovely. He is passionate about his services. Unfortunately for the two years Ive lived in the area Ive had absolutely nothing but issues with his office staff. Yet- I go back for him. This will be the last time due to his office being so incredibly inept and/or rude. First they billed my insurance incorrectly. That might happen but then getting ahold of someone other than the hostile front desk person Jackie is impossible. They do not return voice mails, if you get a human she will put you on hold endlessly without seemingly trying to connect you to a seemingly non existent office/practice manager. I needed to schedule something a little different and had questions. It took more than two days calling to get an answer. Then when I had more questions and wanted to speak with someone who had more experience long wait times and my THREE Phone numbers being silenced. How do I know this? I went to the office to wait it out. Jackie was incredibly snotty once she realized who I was and was down right rude. Had someone else call and they got through yet Id see my calls come in and not ring. Clearly silenced and all I needed was to find out if existing X-rays were sufficient for insurance authorization. Thankfully I heard the dentist. Jackie tried to step out to block my talking to him, but he came out with his generous kindness and addressed my concerns. I dont think they will be addressed and that this is endemic to his office staff and completely unacceptable but even more, this doctor and his patients deserve better than to have calls ignored, be treated rudely, and by the way if you get a text to schedule your appointments well that wont work and never has.

Maria is the best front desk person, shes so nice and greats all of the patients when they walk in. She always has a smile on het face.
