I am so glad that I go to this eye clinic. They are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. Never any issues. They remember me by name. Always feel like I am among friends. I truly value this place and so glad I am a client. I certainly recommend this clinic to everyone, without hesitation!

Total waste of my time. I called them prior to setting the appointment to make sure I could get an exam for reader glasses but when I got there they tried to pressure me into getting an exam that was not even needed for my contacts. My insurance will only pay for one or the other. AND I had to take off work. total waste!

Front desk staff were pleasent and doctor saw me quickly. However, some of their equipment was out of service and they could not cmnplete my exams. I was unable to conclude service and obtain glasses.

Last time I was here, I purchased a warranty that permitted me to have my lenses replaced one time with a new prescription if I so choose. I was told by three different people when I set my appointment for 1/14 that I could use that replacement today. When I sat down with the optician to start the process; he said I could not use that option; since the prescription changed. I advised him that three people told me I could and that people need to make sure they are giving out the right information. He then said, don't raise your voice. I told him I am not raising my voice and not to be so sensitive. I think the name of the optician I dealt with today is Travis. He is a smug individual. Smug to the point of annoying. Even though I was told on three separate occasions I could exchange the lenses under warranty; I had to pay for them. Not recommended.
