        I was desperate to get in so I made a same day appointment. The receptionist and the doctor were great! The receptionist was super sweet even though it looked like she was juggling a few things. Doctor was great too. The last girl that ran my insurance and was supposed to help me with frames etc was very impatient. She was rushing me and sighing. So I ended up telling her I would just go elsewhere. They also did not have a wide selection of frames. I ended up calling my old office to see if I could just purchase frames and contacts. I should have gone there but didnt want to make the drive.

        I set up an appointment for the next day. They got my email address for preliminary questions. The next day, when I arrived early as asked, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great and honest customer service.

        I have been coming to this location and working with Dr. Parr for going on 25 years, and have never had a bad experience! The office staff changes from time to time, but EVERYONE has always been awesome!! Best place to go for your eyes
