I've had excellent care at this office. Patient, gave me all the time I needed to dial in my best options, and I have confidence in their competence and recommendations.

The pricing is pretty decent but the customer service is terrible. Even when they have 10 people waiting, as was the case for me, they were not in any rush to get to the next customer. The office that is inside a room has great customer service. They are so kind even at the end of the day and they are attentive to when people are waiting in line. They don't make you feel rushed but they also don't ignore the people in line. They're the reason why this is 3 stars and not one.

The desk is extremely unprofessional and rude. Very unhelpful and yelled at me when they couldnt locate my order like it was my fault. I recommend Costco for glasses to everyone but I dont recommend this location at all. Go to a different Costco even if this is your closest, its not worth being talked to the way I was.
