        Probably not the best person to ask. My wifes experience was awful at the end. She passed away in pain. Sending me this survey close to the one year from the date she reentered RMCCs care, and after she has passed away is in very poor taste. Doesnt anyone there take note of situations like this, ad make sure they dont happen?

        My experience with Dr. Carter was a great adventure. If it wasn't for Dr. Cater I'm not sure I would be here right now. He's a very professional person who will give you a straight forward answer to any question .

        Dr. Carter is an outstanding professional. He takes all the time you need to make sure you understand every aspect of you procedure, and even takes time to get to know the patient on a friendly level. I felt confident that he was the person i wanted to treat me.
