Great price compared to other places. They cause you inconvenience though.

I wish I could give theme zero. I scheduled online appointment for my car. I went on time and they said everybody went on lunch. We will do your work after couple of hours. Why they give the appointment like this. I have very bad experiences with their Auto care. This was my last time to come there for auto care

Bryan is super helpful and fast. Good service within time. Oil change in half an hour. My recommendation, don't go during busy hours and weekends

They were able to work me in for a new battery install (and oil change) first thing which was much appreciated and I thought maybe I was one of the lucky ones to have a good experience. However, my car died a few days later and I smelled burning plastic. I looked and the negative battery cable was SMOKING and has exposed wires, some burned completely through and it burned a hole in my battery cover. If the wires were like this prior to my coming why not tell me? If they weren't and the wires were made this way by them why not at least lie and say it needed a replacement? They let me leave knowing it was dangerous. I'm lucky it didn't catch the whole thing on fire going down the highway. This is a very serious issue if they're letting people leave their place of business this way. If this place is so busy and understaffed or perhaps don't have enough knowledge that they can't do things the right and safe way and are turning away simple repairs or having people wait 3 hours for an oil change then walmart needs to hire more mechanics to balance out the demand. Shame on you walmart for not hiring more mechanics and shame on you current mechanics for not having more integrity or knowledge to do the right thing even if you're busy! I will be speaking to a lawyer regarding the mechanic bill I'll now have to pay to repair walmart's shoddy and unsafe work..I just hope it hasn't ruined anything else and I'm thankful my car didn't completely catch on fire! All over a battery install!?
