AdventHealth Medical Group OB/GYN at Cornerstar

I love coming to this office I see Dr. ragsdale she is amazing! I have been told when I call that she no longer works for the practice but she does and is usually there on Thursdays. It has been difficult when I call and try to get a prescription refilled or schedule an appointment and they just tell me she no longer works there hope this gets resolved!

2022-Oct. They are expanding the parking area. I circled the existing parking area 7 times while waiting for people to leave. I was able to park after 12 minutes waiting and circling the parking lot. Good thing I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. If your physician have another office, better choose the other office.

I was working with Dr. Drennen for the first and 2nd trimester of my pregnancy. After the first appointment she made me feel like I was dumb for the questions me and my significant other had. We are first time parents and have never had any child or pregnancy experience. I then had the next appointment with midwife Dr. Kaufman, she was wonderful!! We even switched our care over to her, unfortunately she left the practice and we were back with Dr. Drennen. I gave her the benefit of the doubt for a couple more appointments and was just upset overall. She again made us feel like we were dumb, she did not provide us with very much information. I switched to a different Centura provider and have had a WONDERFUL experience with them which made me so much more aware of the mistreatment we experienced with Dr. Drennen. She needs to treat her patients with more kindness, especially first time parents.
