I'm a new employee, I have so far come learn and understand my position, I love that the team wants to improve and not in any way have negative feedback, I would recommend this facility and all of the Ensign facilities based on the attention that is given to the employees and residents.

The therapy team is very caring and professional. Outstanding service and DC planning with social services. Well equipped gym. I will be bringing my loved one back for outpatient therapy.

As a current employee working at Hampden Hills Post acute I d like to say its a great place to work at! Working at hampden hills makes me feel safe and comfortable! they have great programs for all staff and residents A total game changer! Thanks Hampden hills for a great team effort every day! our Directors are awesome!

Sincerely heartbroken at the negligence of this facilitys staff. The building is beautiful but even a palace can feel like a prison if the atmosphere of the people is not good. Please consider wisely your choice not to put someone who you love into this nursing home. I am sure there are ones that will be much better for your loved one. I cannot even visit my loved one here without something going wrong each time I come where I feel my heart race rushing to try to help not just my loved one but all these poor folks here. So many sad people here, not just the residents but the workers too and the families of the residents. I cannot begin to describe how I feel right now, but if anyone reads this review just trust me when I say move on and dont even consider this place and if you have a love one here try to find them a better place. This place is not good for anyone. I dont entrust anything to this place and expect a grievance each time you visit.
