        This place is amazing I came in for a foot detox healing session, meridian assessment and 1on1 yoga session at the lake. I will be come back for more services the Queens here was very nice and helpful they really listened and cared about my needs

        The Nubian Unity Youth Wellness Day for Teens was kinda cool considering we dont have much these day for Health Awareness. Mrs Cornelia was great we got to make fresh fruit juice and smoothies with organic produce. Jump class was fun and we got to paint which is something I dont get to do often. This day I really got to just be a kid and not worry i could relax and enjoy myself. I hope to come back for the next class.

        I was at a transformative sound bath last night at the Nubian Unity Foundation. It was Amazing it was led by 2 women who created such a beautiful and magical experience. Their cadence with each other was perfectly executed in that multiple instruments could be added without the sound being lost. Each had their own set up of Crystal bowls. I highly recommend!!! Thanks ladies! Melissa
