        Today we had two appointments here at 1pm. One for a full set and one for a pedicure. It was for 1 pm. At about 1:30 I was sent in the back to sit on a pedicure chair and nothing was ready for me. No water, person, or anything. I was just told to sit and wait, and when I asked what was going on the owner/manager raised his voice at me and said that they had other people in front of my two appointments. He then confirmed my two appointments that were scheduled for 1 pm, but did not start my pedicure. This place is not like it used to be. There is rude crew/or new management. They do not have any respect for other peoples time. There were only four workers, and they should not have allowed me to make an appointment if he knew he didnt have staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

        I walked in to get a pedicure without an appointment. The lady asked me to pick my color and to come sit down in the chair to wait so I did. While I was picking my color a lady walked in and said Im 30 minutes late for my appointment. A man who worked there walked inside from being on the phone outside and asked if I had an appointment. I said no but the lady told me to sit here and wait. He said ok well youll have to wait to which I said thats fine. Five minutes into being there the guy walked over to me and said sorry they had appointments so we dont have time to do your pedicure. I dont think it fair to have my wait if you were planning on doing that to begin with. Plus, if a customer is 30 minutes late for her appointment its not fair to still service her while you have waiting customers who were there before her. Usually I never have an issue walking in her and waiting for a service but this is the second time Ive had an issue with them. I used to be a loyal customer but now I will no longer be coming here.

        I have never been here and am sometimes hesitant to try new places. Since we moved over a year ago, it was time. These guys are awesome. Professional. Clean place that is warm and inviting. I'll definitely be back.

      I sincerely apologize for our delay, but because we do the service by hand, it depends on how long the customer has an appointment before your appointment to do the service, so we have prepared to do it. pedicure for you at 1.25pm ​​but you refused to leave.
